Salt Gypsy Surf Yoga
Belle is a qualified professional surf coach and yoga instructor with over 20 years of professional teaching experience around the world. After completing her BSC in Ecotourism at Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2000, her gypsy lifestyle began, embarking on her first solo surf adventure through wild and undiscovered surf breaks in Central America. Her desire to work with turtle and dolphin research led her deep into the Costa Rican jungle. She then began leading Outward Bound groups, teaching both surfing and yoga in the rainforests and remote beaches of Costa Rica for almost 3 years.
After this life-changing experience she returned to her hometown and the coastal village of Broulee on the NSW South Coast, Australia. She was inspired to share more of what she had learnt with her own community, and the Broulee Surf School and Total Eco Adventures was created. This continued to support her love of teaching and gypsy lifestyle for over 13 years.
