Yoga has been a part of my life for the last 15 years, but only within the last year has it become more than just a form of movement to me. In March 2018 I completed my 200hr YTT with Vinyasa Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. This experience has fundamentally changed the way I view and live my life and I cannot express enough gratitude to the wonderful teachers I had there. I went to India to get out of my comfort zone and face some of my biggest fears and what I left with was a snippet of how wonderful life through experience can be and a strong desire to go and teach yoga.
Yoga for me is a way to live with intention. To be mindful and present on and off the mat. It has given me the courage to chase my dreams and live my passions of an abundant life filled with unconditional love, happiness, freedom and exploration. I love teaching vinyasa classes and opening up the connection of mind, body and soul through creative flows that encourage you to deepen your practice. My hope is that you leave the class feeling calm, balanced and connected to your divine self.
